And I direct and appoint that the expense of maintaining and repairing the said Private Carriage Drift and Occupation Road shall for ever hereafter be raised by rates to be levied on the Lands and Tenements in the Township of Hebden in such proportions as the same are rated to the repairs of the Highways of the said Township

One other Private Carriage Drift and Occupation Road of the width of Thirty feet to be called the Reservoir Road commencing at a point marked H on the said Map and extending thence in a Northwardly direction to and terminating at a point marked I on the said Map which said Road is set out for the use of the persons interested for the time being in the Allotments numbered 21, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 35 and 53

And I direct and appoint that the said Private Carriage Drift and Occupation Road shall for ever hereafter be maintained and repaired by the Owners and proprietors for the time being of the Allotments numbered 21, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 35 and 53 in equal proportions

One other Private Carriage Drift and Occupation Road of the width of Twenty feet to be called the Bolton Road commencing at a point marked I on the said Map and extending thence in a Northwardly direction in and over Allotments numbered 20, 19, 18 and 17 to and terminating at a point marked K on the said Map which said Road is set out for the use of the persons interested for the time being in the Allotments 20, 19, 18, and 17

And I direct and appoint that the said Private Carriage Drift and Occupation Road shall for ever hereafter be maintained and repaired by the Owners and Proprietors for the time being of the Allotments numbered 20, 19, 18, and 17 in equal proportions

One other Private Carriage Drift and Occupation Road of the width of Twenty feet to be called the Loskell Bank Road commencing at a point marked K on the said Map and extending thence in a Eastwardly direction over Allotment numbered 17 to and terminating at a point marked L on the said Map which said Road is set out for the use of William Spencer Duke of Devonshire or the Owner for the time being of the Allotment numbered 10 on the said Map

And I direct and appoint that the said Private Carriage Drift and Occupation Road shall for ever hereafter be maintained and repaired by the Owner and Proprietor for the time being of the Allotment numbered 10 on the said Map

One other Private Carriage and Occupation Road of the width of Twenty feet to be called the Garnshaw Road commencing at a point marked M on the said Map and extending thence in a Eastwardly direction over Allotment numbered 60 to and terminating at a point marked N on the said Map which said Road is set out for the use of the Owner or Proprietor interested for the time being in the Allotments numbered 60, 61, and 59 and of the owners for the time being of the Farm called High Garnshaw House now belonging to Matthew Wilson Esquire and of th Farm called New House belonging to John Lupton of Hebden Yeoman

And I direct and appoint that the said Private Carriage and Occupation Road shall for ever hereafter be maintained and repaired by the Owner and Proprietor for the time being of the said Farms called High Garnshaw House and New House in equal proportions

One other Private Carriage and Occupation Road of the width of Twenty feet to be called the Pickering Road commencing at a point marked N on the said Map and extending thence in a Northwardly direction over Allotment numbered 60 to and terminating at a point marked O on the said Map which said road is set out for the use of the Owner or Proprietor interested for the time being in the Allotments numbered 59, 60, 61 and of the said Farms called High Garnshaw House and New House

And I direct and appoint that the said Private Carriage and Occupation Road shall for ever hereafter be maintained and repaired by the Owners and Proprietors for the time being of the Allotments numbered 59, 60, and 61 on the said Map and of the said Farms called High Garnshaw House and New House in equal proportions

And one other Private Carriage and Occupation Road of the width of Twenty feet to be called the Mere Road commencing at a point marked P on the said Map and extending thence
